These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SMS appointment confirmation and reminder program ("Program") operated by Zero Miss Solutions on behalf of the business you booked an appointment with ("Client"). By opting in, you agree to these Terms.
Program Description
The Program sends SMS text messages related to appointments you have scheduled with a Zero Miss Solutions Client, including booking confirmations, reminders, and related updates.
How You Opt In
You may opt in to the Program verbally during a phone call while booking or confirming an appointment, or by texting the applicable keyword to the number provided by the Client. By opting in, you provide express consent to receive SMS messages related to your appointment.
Message frequency varies. You can expect approximately 1–4 messages per month depending on your appointment activity.
Message and data rates may apply. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and plan.
Reply STOP to any message at any time to opt out and stop receiving messages. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and the account holder of the mobile phone number used to opt in (or have the account holder's permission), to participate in the Program.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless provider and factors outside our control.
Opting Out
You may opt out of the Program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message. You may opt back in at any time by re-initiating consent through your Client business.
Changes to the Program or These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Program, in whole or in part, at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page.
Privacy
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information, including our commitment not to share mobile information with third parties for marketing purposes.
